Where can I find missing files in SDK

Hi,

According to SDK notes - following files should be delivered alongside with AxisJoystickModule.dll:

• iowkit.dll (Keypad) , spinkit.dll (Jog Dial), GETTDeviceLib.dll, GETTDeviceLibWrapper.dll, vcruntime140.dll, vccorlib140.dll, msvcp140.dll and concrt140.dll

But it doesn't mention where can I get these files from...
Is there any formal Axis installation I can use and copy these files from there?
(I need both x86 and x64 files)
