Allow host to block guest input #143

Hi, it would be nice if the host running sunshine could block guest input so they can only use the keyboard or mouse or neither of both and only be able to use their controllers. When a guest turns rogue it becomes really hard to handle the situation and usually makes me kill sunshine. |
