This issue is present in the nightly release
Describe the Bug
I cannot output a 60 fps stream. Issue is not present when I use the windows version. I have probably changed every setting possible that could affect the framerate. I have spent several hours toying around with the sunshine configuration, applying the nvidia drivers, installing dependencies, etc. Nothing I do seems to change the framerate. My monitor clearly displays a good framerate so it is definitely Sunshine's behavior. I have unlocked the fps in the moonlight clients which receive the stream and that seems to make no difference as well.
Expected Behavior
I should be able to resume a session without any degradation in video/frame rate. At least, no more than a few seconds.
