Pause game on connection loss

it would be cool if an "Esc" key event could be sent on client connection loss in an attempt to try to pause the game on the host.
This would help if you play online matches e.g. Efootball 2023: you are prone to conceed goals until you establish the connectivity (of course it doesn't guarantee anything, but better than nothing) or let's say you are plaing mortal kombat offline.
Also if it would help if this was added as an toggle so those that do not want it can opt out
