can we have easy to use public api endpoints for our translation services ?

We have that already. https://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Apertium-apy mentions it, and you can see a list of available translation pairs at http://apertium.org/apy/listPairs (and http://beta.apertium.org/apy/listPairs for nightly versions).

Just please don't overload it. If you think it'll be high volume, you're free to run your own public endpoint on a VPS.

That's great! can we use something like Swagger UI to test the APIs provided by Apertium-apy for convenience and ease of exploration?
