This is fork is identical in all aspects except where it calls merkle-bitcoin.git. The original call was from https://github.com/joshuayabut/merkle-bitcoin.git but this is not longer available. I have found it now in this location: https://github.com/jorgezaccaro/merkle-bitcoin.git
