Description:
Early versions of the validation rules for citizenship included 0 as a possible value due to concerns about the ability of FTANF to handle certain values. This ticket removes these erroneous 0s from Category 2 Checks.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Remove 0 from the Cat 2 check for acceptable citizenship values:
    • TANF T2
    • TANF T5
    • Tribal TANF T2
    • Tribal TANF T3
    • Tribal TANF T5
  • Testing Checklist has been run and all tests pass.
  • README is updated if necessary.

Tasks:

  • Identify and remove instances where 0 is accepted.
  • Run Testing Checklist and confirm all tests pass
