Add support for AWS signer within verifier-notation chart

What would you like to be added?

I would like to have support for the following type of trustStores within the verifier.yaml chart file:

trustStores:
   - signingAuthority:certs
trustedIdentities:
   - arn:aws:signer:us-east-1:123456789012:/signing-profiles/notation_profile

Currently, I cannot use AWS signer profile as a trusted identity within the chart, and I need to override the verifier with a local one I'm generating on my end.

Would you mind checking whether this issue has been resolved in Ratify v1.4.0?

From @roeishuster : Overall, it looks good from my templating. The only diff I can see is the version and the quotes being added when using ratify’s chart (the left side is my local template, and the right side is from the chart), I don’t think the quotes will cause any issue.
