Turbolinks not working with google ads or LiveHelpNow

In our Rails 4 application with turbolinks enabled Google ads and the LiveHelpNow javascript code does not get loaded on any pages until you click the browser refresh button. When I disable turbo links it works fine. Has anyone else had this issue.

The script tags are within the head tags in the application.html.erb file.
