[USABILITY] Directory: text update per U of I privacy office

Per our university privacy office, please update the directory visibility text. See below and attached.

For public: You will be listed in the Illinois app User Directory. Users signed in with their NetID can see your profile. 

For private: Your profile is only visible to you.

The privacy office wants it to be clear exactly who can see a user's profile in the profile directory.

Below is what I see in 6.1.44. Please update the text in onboarding and under My Profile to match what is in bold below.

Your directory visibility is set to Public. The information below will be visible to Illinois app users signed in with their NetIDs.

(Please note we do not capitalize "app" in Illinois app.)
