Rewrite Stati URL

I need some Help

I dont now how to rewrite category page url

example
Page Category Template = pagcat
Category URL Indicator = indcat
Category Name = sports-wear

the expressionengine url for this page is: www.mysite.com/pagcat/indcat/sports-wear

I need to have (for SEO) a custom url that has nothing to do with the original URL like: www.mysite.com/custom/url/

I tried

$config['resource_router'] = array(
'pagcat/indcat/sports-wear' => 'custom/url'
);

but it doesn't work
