Assemble npm readme from docs files #156

  1. glob srcPath
  2. import doczrc extract menu
  3. transform each file stripping the top config section append in the order provided by doczrc.menu
  4. run the complete file through markdown-toc and append that to the top.
  5. write the file to the outputPath
