Working on setting up svn-graph-branches

That was kind of a bust due to this issue. There may be a way to use this effectively, but I'm not sure what it is.

Set up Trac by starting with these instructions and continuing with these (suitably adjusted). See the standard SVN browser and the revision graph (the latter is documented here).
