com.miui.global.packageinstaller has some problems on poco X3 pro

It looks like com.miui.global.packageinstaller tries to download something or I dont know but it (it may not be the correct word) glitches the screen like it tries to open something. What exactly happens is it slides into the screen then slides back and does this several times but the last time this happened I did manage to see it from the last used apps tab and I deleted it. I thought that this Info might be helpful to you.
