CMS에 등록된 게임을 플래그 변경하여 스토어에 등록( 연결 )

CMS에서 게임 등록 (CMSApiServer)
-> 관리자가 승인 (CMSApiServer)
-> 자동으로 스토어에 노출 (StoreApiServer)

변경점

유저 테이블에 권한에 대한 플래그 추가 -> 어드민 0 / 유저 1
스토어에 노출 조건 추가
