I have an issue to report about the results for the following input:

विस्तारितं मकरकेतनधीवरेण
	स्त्रीसंज्ञितं बडिशमत्र भवाम्बुराशौ ।
येनाचिरात्तदधरामिषलोलमर्त्य-
	मत्स्यान्विकृष्य विपचत्यनुरागवह्नौ ॥ ५३ ॥

When you say rtya should be G, does not the rty make it G already?

This is what it shows:

The conjunct consonant "rty" makes the previous syllable (the "ma") G, but the complaint is about the last syllable of the line (the "rtya"). There are two points here:
