Deploy the Alexa skill as soon as alexa/alexa-skills-kit-sdk-for-nodejs#533 is resolved.

Yeah, it's been somewhat rusty since T. abandoned it's messenger bot. :) Shouldn't be hard to update to add latest protocol features. :)
