Improve performance by eliminating ping-pong protocol

Today it is required to send a command to receive every frame of random bytes. This gives that one can max ask for 126 bytes (2 bytes are headers) since the framing protocol support 128 bytes.

This could be improved by sending a command with the total amount of bytes one wants, and the TKey would stream the random data until done.
