feature request: add an option to show pod DISCRIPTION in help message

Now it seems that if I would like to say something more in the help message, I have to explicitly provide a docstring via the "doc" option. I cannot do it with the mode that docopt gets info from pod. It could be better if it supports an option that allows one to prepend pod DESCRIPTION section to the help message when it's in the mode of using SYNOPSIS as docstring.
