Cannot move AutoCAD window

"How can I get this working to move windows in AutoCAD? It won't work with any ALT key or Any mouse button.
Maybe you can add a combination, like Control ALT Mouse button or Control ALT Shift Mouse button.

Maybe i'e like to disable the resizing, can that be possible?"
