Purge Unneeded progs after building/installing mimalloc

Hi, I am from pkgforge, we have switched most of our source based SBUILDs to use your image.

It has been working great thus far.
However, we have to manually purge the ninja-is-really-ninja package as it interferes with many packages

Would you be interested in providing a cleaner base image that only has the mimalloc installed & nothing else?
Maybe two versions, one the current existing ones that has cargo etc
And another that has nothing extra.
