Please set PackageLicenseExpression in the csproj file so that the license is set in the NuGet package.

Notes:

  • Do not use PackageLicenseUrl. It is deprecated. It's currently set to an empty value in your csproj file. That should be removed.
  • Please do not use PackageLicenseFile. That can't be processed by tools.
