I tried to repro this issue using the current develop branch on a simple test and couldn't trigger it, trying a range of input options. Can you post the pst and rec file for the run where this happened so I can see the options you were using? |
i dont have the rec, but i should be able to send PST Monday (out
tomorrow). i made all scalars 1 and updated init value correspondingly and
it is running as expected.

when ies writes fixed parameter values to model input files, with each iteration the scalar gets reapplied.
e.g. iter 1, par val is 1., scalar is 1.e-2: 1.e-2 written to input file. iter 2: 1.e-4 is written.
