Cookie acceptance modal breaks login

Hi,

I am in the UK (thus currently under EU regulation about cookie notices). When the script loads the login page a modal is displayed asking to accept cookies, this modal blocks access to the login form elements and thus the script cannot login, and so it exits after a short while.

It is possible to get around this by quickly clicking the accept button, at which point the login fails, one can then enter their password and login manually, at which point the script will continue.
