Bibliography inclusion

I cannot figure out how to include the bib. I create a bibtex file including all my references. Even though I include the file name and also cite some papers in the chapter, no reference list or appropriate citation shows up. I also need to use ieee format for the references. Can you help me with this?

I took a quick look at it today. Seems something has changed in the Bibtex/Biblatex software in the last couple of years, Biber seems to be the new way. Once I get the citation generation working again, specifying the formatting is usually pretty easy if the style is already defined. Will look at this some more tomorrow.

@UCDptt in an email noted it was solved by using "biber instead of bibtex". I have not had a chance to confirm this.
