Improvement: totem icons, other nameplates filtering

Since it's a nameplate addon, it could be interesting to add totem icons, with options (to chose which totems to show/hide). Also to hide some selected nameplates: for example, show some pets, but not all of them, show gargoyle, but don't show snakes.
