[issue] yellow dumps flagged as degraded resetting to neutral on connection

I get that red dumps are reset on connection for automation, but people can still connect to dumps with degraded peripherals and thus remove the flag

Hi, this is normal, it's a way to automatically clean the map without admin intervention, this is an issue, however I currently don't have any idea on how to fix it
