enhancement(chat): title creation prompt should respect company specific Jargon

If I ask a question about DIN of a user, it assumed in the title that it was Document Identification Number where as I was referring to a different one. This for the answer generation would have been resolved via the context but the title generation has none of that context so it probably should avoid trying to describe the acronym / jargon should respect it more.
This will be a modification of the title generation prompt.
