enhancement: upgrade to bun v1.2

Bun added lots of interesting features.
They have replaced postgres.js as well but we don't need to move from it as of now.

But this is proposing vite + tailwind + react stack which is basically our stack.

I wouldn't mind using most of frontend setup using only bun.
Worth investigating first.
