With this PR I am generating different packages for clib4 SPE. The generated files can be seen at
https://github.com/walkero-gr/clib4/releases/tag/v1.6.15
and the pipeline can be seen at
https://github.com/walkero-gr/clib4/actions/runs/12375430603
There is a need to test further while we do a new release in clib4 repository, because some parts cannot be tested, for example the upload to the DEB server.
