This marks the first stable release of Kmers.jl.
Version 1 brings an entirely new API, with different types, functions and behaviours. Effectively, Kmers v1 should be considered a new package with no continuity with previous versions.
Therefore, listing out all the breaking changes is meaningless.
The old version 0.1 is now unsupported.
