Bundle configuration and customization together

This PR:

• Moves Configuration out of installation
• Bundles Config with Customization.

This PR does NOT address the broken URL related to the 2007 presentations about Software Customization (see #20 ). I would like to remove them from the text, but I am not sure what to replace them with...

Yeah, the old presentations are, well, old. I can find them and we could/should add them to the site.
How would we do that with a WordPress site? I would think that there would be a way to put files in a directory on the site's server and have that be that.
I can get you those files.

Are the slides already in Zenodo? You can add them there and then we can update the url on the Hyrax Guide

I cannot find them. The files are on the old site (and thus the old site's server, which we still have) and on my machine.

Is it ok to merge? Should I remove the hyper link to those slides before hand?
We can address the issue of the (likely outdated) presentations in another PR

I think we should remove the broken links and then add them back of we decide it's important and we get the files.
