* IRCK2 Divergence Cultures

Adds new cultures from the IR to CK2 divergence events, such as Eifrican and Aestian

* IRCK2 Punic Divergence

Adds Punic Divergence cultures from I:R to CK2 and Palmyrene from I:R to CK2's Romance Divergence

* IRCK2 Belgae Compatch

Adds culture, religion, and government mappings from I:R to CK2's 0.2 Belgae update

* IRCK2 Carthaginian Compatch

Adds compatibility for the cultures and religions from the IRCK2 converter's 1.3 'Carthaginian' patch. Additionally adds in Fetishist Cults for some of the I:R religions, adds graphics for all I:R religious rebels, and adds non-English localization for the I:R religions.

* Update ReadMe.txt

Adds Invictus to the credits for allowing the converters to use the descriptions for converted Invictus religions.
