These are old debs that are no longer hosted on the main repo.
I typically try to always host all versions of all packages on the repo so that they can be installed using Cydia's "downgrade" or Zebra's "select version" feature, however, I have pulled some packages to prevent people from downgrading to them if there are significant risks involved, or if other devs have requested I pull them, etc. However, I occasionally intentionally install dangerous stuff "for fun", and in that spirit, all pulled packages will remain here, immortalized by github's releases.
