Duplicati service won't start if the encryption secret is empty. It is not possible to log in if the web password is not set.

Changes

• Generate random encryption secret
• Generate random web login password
• Make TZ show up in the UI

Not sure how backwards-compatible this change is to be honest. I think the container won't start if the encryption password is incorrect, so the user will have to know that and copy-paste into the new UI field for SETTINGS_ENCRYPTION_KEY.
