This configuration is David Hund's personal preference but (for now) reflects Google's supported browser policy for their suite of web applications.
As such, most of it is taken straight from: browserslist-config-google

The following browsers are supported:
- Browser with more than 1% usage
- last 2 Chrome major versions
- last 2 Firefox major versions
- last 2 Edge major versions
- last 2 Safari major versions
- ie 11
- last 3 Android major versions
- last 3 ChromeAndroid major versions
- last 2 iOS major versions
