Generate an index of entries of a Google drive

Goal:

As the drive content grows larger it becomes more difficult to find them

Input:

Google drive link or the link of a folder inside the drive

Output:

Create an index (file name, type, size, meta data, created by, creation date, last revised date, number of versions) and store it in a file in CSV format.
