Instead of changing the cursor while drawing over inline-css, it will be now changed with adding and removing the css class
geoman-draw-cursor. This has the benefit, that it can be overwritten and changed to a different cursor.Additionally the cursor for drawing Text Layers changes now to crosshair too.
