Unable to call other workers in the same accountId
Unfortunately, service bindings only work with the
cloudflare_modulepreset https://nitro.unjs.io/deploy/providers/cloudflare#cloudflare-module-workers. Using that preset, currently, won't be able to deploy the nuxt app on workers.A temporary workaround is by using workers that use different accountId
