  • Some editors cannot be "waited upon" by default and thereby cause issues with renamer. This change adds a section to the README, detailing the workarounds for some widely used editors.

Notably this documents the workaround @mtimkovich found for VSCode in #76 (and which also works for VSCodium). I added Sublime Text to the bunch.
