Recognizes characters written in the Ne (Yi) script from southwest China based on a scan of "Cultural Dictionary of Yi Classics". Made for the University of Michigan department of Anthropology.

It has only been tested on MacOS but should work without modification on Linux and with minor modifications on Windows.
