[dev-v5] FluentField - Replace fluent-label with HTML label

Using fluent-label with Input components is not correct because when the user clicks on the label, they are not sent to the associated Input. This problem is not present when using the default HTML element label, which has the same visual result.

This results in the "manual" addition (via CSS) of an asterisk for Required and a grey color for Disabled.

Updating unit tests.

Adding a FluentField ReadMe.md file for developers.
