Windows might not recognize the phone as a valid USB drive so it will complain that a driver is missing for it. An workaround I've found to fix this, is to create a new 10GB ntfs partition (on the desktop device) and copy the content of the Windows installer iso on that partition, then boot the Windows installer iso again with isodrive.

For some reason you MUST NOT delete that 10GB partition, otherwise Windows won't boot anymore.
