Responsibilities for each Norfolk.js Meet-up

• Food/Drinks (organizing sponsor, choosing food, paying restaurant if applicable)
• Venue (choosing, scheduling, and paying venue)
• Agenda/Slides (gathering agenda items, creating Reveal.js slides, posting in General Info)
• Speaker (speaker gift, dinner, transportation, hotel reservation if applicable)
• Raffle/Swag
  • Books (O'Reilly, Manning, No Starch, etc)
  • Free Swag (Treehouse, CodeSchool, PluralSight, etc)
  • Other (D&B Powercards, Software, etc)
• Promotion (Twitter and email)
• Scheduling (Pick date and create Meetup event)
• Walmart Greeter (Greet guests and direct them where to go)
