Maintainer responsibilities (in priority order)

**Handle all new untriaged issues**

1. Determine if issue is valid
2. If the issue relates to another OpenSearch Dashboards plugin or repo, add a comment asking @opensearch-project/admin to transfer the issue to that repo.
3. Add context to the issue if possible, otherwise assign to a maintainer who is a subject matter expert, add to weekly un-triaged issues agenda, and make sure they take a look at it
4. If no SME is known, reach out on the #dashboards-oss-oncall channel to identify an SME before Triage meeting and assign an SME
