Tektoncd Pruner is Kubernetes Custom Resource Definition (CRD) controller.

Tekton Pruner is designed to manage the lifecycle of Tekton resources such as PipelineRuns and TaskRuns. It achieves this by applying configurable retention policies and time-to-live (TTL) rules

Please include details about the configmap that is used to manage the global specifciation. Refer https://github.com/anithapriyanatarajan/tektoncd-pruner/blob/main/config/600-tekton-pruner-default-spec.yaml for details. Elaborate with examples for Global conifg - root and resource level

Custom Resource TektonPruner is leveraged to control pruning behavior at namespace level

Annotations are used to manage the pruning behaviour at still granular level say a particluar pipelinerun within a namespace. Kindly incoporate that info.

Please add details on how to install and run pruner on kind cluster and the prequisites.
