Motivated by #113

  • Define rules for publication titles (default is to link to paper PDF)
  • Highlight cases such as project websites and non-textual publications

Actually, maybe add an explicit guideline that the website should be persistent (i.e., on a web domain or resource that will outlive your time in lab and that other lab members will have access to if need be)?

Added in 2b16e73. I will leave this open for a few days before merging to make sure no other policies change.
