Student Application Process Details

Student Applications will be open from May 19 (19:00) to June 02 (19:00).
- Applications can be solo or team (max size 3).
- Students will have to clearly communicate with their mentors on their abilities to work on projects.
- Students will submit proposals, following the template provided below as the base and submit them during the Student Application period (from May 17 to May 31). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Students can apply to only one project and not more.
- Students are required to be available for the summer. Please communicate with your mentors regarding your availability with the mentors.
- Students will also have to consult their mentors for any additional requirements/constraints that they have.
NOTE: Submit all proposals through email, to [email protected] with a cc to your mentor.

- How much time do you plan to spend on PES-SoC?
- What are your intended start and end dates, considering the timeline suggested?
- What are the factors that affect your availability (exams, work, etc)?

- Summarize your programming background and skills
- What is your interest in the project you are proposing?
- Have you done any previous work in the area of the project? If so, please summarize.

Project Proposal
- What is the project you are proposing about?
- What are the goals?
- Some (high level) implementation details - (OR) - How do you plan to solve the problem?

Timeline
- A preferably detailed timeline of the tasks that you'd do to achieve the goals of the project.
- Include your unavailability in the timeline.
