Increase all backend versions to 0.1.0, so that things will break less, we can increase whenever we release a new version. Wold be kind of great to automate this at some point if this is at all possible. Now it'se easy enough to search for
pixi-build-backendsbut this will be come a bigger hassle when we remove that channel.Will remain in draft until: prefix-dev/pixi-build-backends#66 is merged.
