BitBucket stopped supporting mercurial repositories so I moved this to SourceHut.

But hg.sr.ht doesn't seem to have a downloads thing, like BitBucket had, where I can upload executables for each release. (I think hg.sr.ht also lacks a wiki, which I've used to upload screenshots for the readme, but Atlassian didn't delete my screenshots with the rest of the project so I can still link to them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

So I imported the history into a git repository and am uploading an executable here to GitHub.

That way, I can download it again later in this decade next time I play Civilization IV and want to remove the window borders or move it to the top-left of my monitor so it appears full-screen but isn't really full-screen so it doesn't crash when I tab out like it does in actual full-screen.

also maybe it will be easier to find on GitHub and other people can use it idk
